I have been teaching art at Pocahontas Area Community School for many years. My hometown is "The only Primghar in the World", which is now a part of South O'Brien. I got my Bachelors Degree from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA and my Masters Degree from Drake University. My inspiration for becoming an art teacher can be attributed to my father John Strack who was the O'Brien County Art Supervisor for 26 years. Also, my mother Marilyn Strack taught Home Economics at Sanborn for many years.
